DOJ Pursues Offshoring

Government Surplus Turning Heads

Saddam decries "Kurdish Controlled" DOD head

Headlines were made as Attorney General Burrows pursued an aggressive policy against the growing practice of offshoring, where jobs are sent to other countries. Some legal analysts say that the government may have issues with doing so.

The government surplus has been growing since the Clinton era, but some experts are weighing in that the United States has growing commitments that may require further expenditure.

The Iraqi dictator stated in national media this past weekend that the DOD Secretary Slagler is a "Kurdish/Israeli controlled speaking head" in a 90 minute speech to his people as he decried the No Fly Zone and continued to contest UN complaints.

Treasurer of the United States Loves Israel

Federal Authorities released a report claiming that thousands of mile of highways remain in unacceptable condition and have been this way since atleast the 90s. "The situation on the ground is shakey - literally." Says RoadWatch advocate Jimmy McMillian

In 1998 the United States floored the world when they launched simultaneous missile attacks against Non-State Terrorists across the world with specialty missiles. It is foolish that we don't use these missiles on other other enemies including North Korea, China, Russia, Iran, Sudan, and all other places that oppose democracy.

Yahud Eila- I had the pleasure of speaking with the United States Government Secretary of Treasury, George Henri Krép. When I asked him to affirm his support for Israel he told me "Yeah. I know my buddy Marsh was there once." This shows that despite fears the relatively centrist platform in the Limson campaign would cause the deterioration of US-Israeli relations, the only democracy in the Middle East continues to have strong allies in high places. He also told me in no eloquent terms that he would be attending next month's festival in Tel Aviv-Yafo.

Pressing Situations

↳ Net Security Troubles

While the fears of Y2K are assuaged in the public consciousness, it is becoming increasingly clear that security across the net is insufficient. Some government net infrastructure is susceptible to espionage and hacks.

↳ The Kosovo Question

The question of the US' involvement in Kosovo going forward needs to be answered.

↳ Economic Growth

The country has had an economic golden age but the signs point to coming decline.

↳ Middle East Crisis

A wave of unrest has crashed across the Mid East as the Second Intifada enters full swing. Islamic insurgency factions across the region, supported by state actors, look to oppose the influence of the West and Israel.

↳ Terror Attacks Increasing

Since 1979 the US has been involved in several terror attacks that are ramping up in intensity.

↳ Lobbying

NGOs from home and abroad are funding political divisions, widening the aisle.

Ongoing Situations

↳ Instability in Africa

Major wars in Africa are destabilizing the region as nations and paramilitaries fight, namely in the DRC and Sudan.

↳ Companies are upset by new DOJ direction

Advocates for the companies of the United States say that the new direction of the administration is troubling. This may have a negative effect on the economy.

↳ Infrastructure is Crumbling

The Federal Highway Administration has put out a report indicating that several thousand miles of highways across the US are damaged beyond acceptability.

↳ Budgetary Concerns

There is some concern amongst federal agencies that the current budget won't cut their growing expenses..

Executive Heads

43rd President of the United States Jacinda Limson

Governor of California. Daughter of 2nd-generation Nisei Japanese-American father and White mother. From San Diego, California.

46th Vice President of the United States Francis Moore Roan

An American congressman from Nevada, Senator Roan comes from the long-established Roan family, an otherwise popular, albeit controversial 'old money dynasty' of the Southwest which had been born out of accomodative services for the miners brought in by the California Gold Rush in the 1800s. He is the younger brother of Sean Roan, a popular Cardinal of the Catholic church, who holds office in the Archbishop emeritus of Los Angeles.

Senator Roan came to prominence in the political spotlight for having ended the near-30 year tenure of Democratic Senator Howard Cannon in the 1988 elections; a victory which many attributed to the popularity of his brother, Sean Roan. As a sitting Senator of Nevada from 1988 to what may be the end of his tenure in 2000, Francis Roan played a prominent role in advocacy and support for sweeping out the embedded crime families in Nevada's gaming industry and the 'corporatization' of the loosely regulated gambling and services industries.

Though controversies had risen at this time of self-serving interests and accusations that he had simply seen to it that the gambling industry was further placed under his own family's influence and subtler criminal connections, most of these cases have fallen into obscurity or led to their own dead ends- some accusers now missing, suspected of fleeing the state to escape the intense legal fees, or being representatives of those very criminal connections Roan sparred with. Regardless, with his efforts largely considered a success, Senator Roan's public prominence and general popularity in the Southwest has otherwise helped keep him in the spotlight, and as a potentially very useful ally in the right situations.

Secretary of State Edward Mcnamara Edmund

Born in 1950, in Atlanta, Georgia, he graduated from highschool in 1969. He later went to Emory University to pursue a degree in law and foreign affairs, with minors in economics and business. Edward joined the Vietnam War on the side of American forces as an officer at the rank of second lieutenant in 1973 and would end as a captain in 1975. was honourably discharged there after. During the 1980s, he pursued a career in Georgia as a representative, joining the Republican party there and later worked as a state official. Edward would become the Secretary of Georgia during the 1990s, before joining Jacinda Limson's presidential campaign in 2000.

Secretary of Treasury Dr. George Henri Krép

Born in 1927 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Veteran of WW2, Korea, and Vietnam. Secretary of the United States Treasury.

Secretary of Defense Lawrence R. Slagler

Lawrence Romine Slagler (born March 17, 1940) is an American Army officer, statesman, and politician who served as the 21st United States Secretary of Defense since 2001. Additionally, Slagler was a four-term US Congressman from Florida.

Early life and education

Lawrence Romine Slagler was born at Orange General Hospital on March 17, 1940, in Orlando, Florida, the son of Emma Adell (née Dawson) Slagler and Garrett Romine Slagler. His mother was long from Florida, but moved during World War II to work as a nurse in the hospital, where both she and his father had met and eventually married.

Slagler attended Grand Avenue School in Orlando, and later graduated from Orlando Senior High School where he excelled not only acedemically, but also in sports. Since a young age, Slagler had desired a career in the military, and soon after graduating, received an appointment to West Point to become a commissioned officer.

During his years at West Point, Slagler always ranked top of his class in academics, but fell short of others in military discipline. He attained the rank of First Captain, and graduated in the Class of 1961 with a Bachelor's Degree. Soon after graduating, Slagler received various postings for serving as an infantry platoon officer and company commander. He was schooled in modern warfare, and in 1964 commanded an infantry company at a firebase deep in the jungle northwest of Da Nang. In 1968, Slagler was promoted to Colonel and served as the aide-de-camp to the 1st Cavalry Regiment, managing manpower, equipment, logistics, and funding for the unit. He played an important role in the Regiment's success during the Vietnam War, proving the Air Cavalry doctrine worthwhile to the US Army with his assistance in planning and logistical implements. In 1974, Slagler was sent back home as Congress began pulling funding for the war.

Attorney General Anthony Burrows, Esq.

Anthony Burrows, Esq. was born on November 2, 1955 in Huntington, West Virginia. His father was a rail yard electrician and leader of the local rail workers’ union and his mother a librarian. His parents’ careers gave him an early appreciation for organized labor and public service. He graduated from Marshall University with a degree in political science and then attained his J.D. from the West Virginia University School of Law.

He first started working as an assistant prosecutor for Cabell County and gained a reputation for being tough on violent crime but advocating for treatment programs for non-violent drug offenders. He was elected West Virginia Attorney General in 1992, running as a Democrat, where he joined a multistate lawsuit against tobacco companies and achieved the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement, aggressively pursued coal industry safety violations, and established one of the state’s (and country’s) first drug diversion programs aimed at treating rather than punishing drug offenders.

He was tapped by the Jacinda Limson campaign team to serve as Attorney General due to his reputation as a moderate bipartisan. At Limson’s request, he agreed to leave the Democratic Party and be an Independent to make his nomination more palatable to Republican hardliners in Congress.

National Security Advisor Wesley Kensington-Marsh

Born in Oregon, 1947 in the city of Portland to Jelinda Kensington, a library clerk and Conrad Theophilus Marsh the Second. His parents never married and separated after the 1948 Vanport Flood, which forced both Wesley and his mother to relocate to Fresno, California. She moved in with her mother and father who were wealthy orange farm owners. From a young age, Wesley exhibited a strong interest in political science and economics, reading as much as possible with the tutelage of his mother and grandparents.

Eventually, after passing entrance examinations with flying colors, he was admitted into the prestigous Buchanan College Prep school at the age of 14 where he joined the local Young Republicans chapter. After completing highschool, much to the chagrin of his parents, he opted to move back to his home state to continue his education at the University of Oregon. He bragged that he would complete his studies at 24, but he would eventually volunteer for military service at the age of twenty, after numerous debates with fellow students about the ethicacy of the war.

His military service would last until the end of the war. He able to enlist as a Lieutenant given he already had two bachelor degrees in both economics and political science. He was stationed in the Quảng Ngãi province in 1968 where he oversaw a small platoon of soldiers named B-Company under the 20th Regiment of Soldiers. His first orders were to cross into the village of Sơn Mỹ otherwise known as 'My Lai' where his adjacent C-Company violently suppressed local "guerillas" by engaging in numerous executions, rapes and indiscriminate assaults on local villagers. Lieutenant Marsh, for his part, disengaged from the village as soon as he realized that there were no Viet-Cong elements present, but when called to testify against the actions of his fellow Lieutenant-Commander, he defended his decisions on that day; "For all we know, each and every villager could have been a member of the People's Army of Vietnam. But my job was to shoot at the guys shooting at me. Because I saw no active combatants, I knew I had no business there. I don't know what his orders were, nor do I really care. We were boys in the jungle out there, naked, exposed. All day, every day we were dangling our feet above the gnawing trap that could either kill us, or maim us for life."

Even after the brush with a court-martial, he rose through the ranks from Lieutenant to Lieutenant-Colonel during the war, taking part in numerous operations like Tet Offensive, Khe Sanh and eventually the invasion of Cambodia. He was later detached from the 20th Regiment and made a Military Advisor to the South Vietnamese government, where he attempted to educate ARVN forces on anti-guerilla warfare. He described this experience as a "miserable purgatory where I was rebuffed by our allied Vietnamese and aggressively ignored by US command, who knew that nobody was willing to pump even another dollar if it meant the continuation of this shitshow"

After Vietnam, he returned to the United States to continue his studies and received a doctorate in political science and a major in economics. During this time he was known to voluntarily provide free lectures to young students on his time in Vietnam and eventually stated that he regretted ever "leaving school to prove those assholes right that the war was anything other than a political charade." Nontheless, he remained a committed Republican.

He was reactivated as a General and put in charge of the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, where he oversaw humanitarian operations in Palestine, the invasion of Granada and evacuation operations in Beirut. In the nineties, his unit was put on the frontlines during "Operation Desert Shield" in Iraq and later "Operation Provide Promise" in the former Yugoslavia

Cabinet Secretary Antonio Pugliesi Jr.

Born in Bergen County, New Jersey to Italian immigrants in 1943. Pugliesi served as the County’s clerk from 1988 to 1995. He was briefly implicated in a sex and drugs scandal involving the DeCavalcante crime family. That was dismissed by the judge due insufficient evidence.

Pugliesi joined Jacinda’s campaign team in 2000 and received his role as Cabinet Secretary as a result. He is open to advise any members of the Cabinet at any time.

He is a practicing Methodist.
